Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable
PreLaunchIQ subscription fees (monthly and annual) are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. This includes partial months, unused reports, and unused portions of an annual plan.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current paid period; it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until the period ends.
To cancel: go to your Billing page and click Open Stripe billing portal. From the portal you can cancel, update your payment method, or download invoices.
SuperDeal pricing notice
Starter subscribers who sign up during the SuperDeal at $1.99/month will automatically transition to the standard price of $9.99/month on July 30, 2026. This price change is disclosed at checkout and is not, on its own, grounds for a refund. You can cancel before the transition at any time from the billing portal.
EU / UK consumers — statutory withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under applicable consumer protection law. This right may be lost once service has begun with your express consent. If you believe you are entitled to withdraw, email contact@prelaunchiq.com within 14 days of purchase.

For all refund requests, contact contact@prelaunchiq.com with your account email and the charge date. We review requests case-by-case in line with this policy and applicable law.
